Where can i find authentic Nepalese food in London?Donald Strachan – Sunday Telegraph
There’s a lot of diversity within authentic Nepalese cuisine, reflecting the country’s multi-ethnic nature. But in its mainstream UK form, food is often reminiscent of north indian cooking, with the odd nod northwards to Tibet. Lentil dishes such as dhal, momo (dumpling), pickles, chutneys and a limited range of meats (sometimes barbequed) could all feature. Nepalese food is also a good choice for vegetarian dining.

We believe great food should nourish more than just the body, it should strengthen communities and uplift those in need. That’s why, for over five years, we’ve proudly supported weekly food drives for the homeless in partnership with Woolwich Service Users Project (WSUP) in Woolwich, offering free meals every Tuesday. This initiative began during the difficult days of the COVID-19 pandemic and has since become part of who we are. Inspired by the global Giving Tuesday movement, we’ve now set ourselves an ambitious goal: to help deliver 10 million free meals to vulnerable people across the UK. For us, hospitality isn’t just what happens inside our restaurant, it’s a responsibility we carry beyond our doors
